It helps
I have chronic pain and insomnia. This has helped with both. I am trying to slowly decrease my insomnia meds a d am hoping this will help with the process

1. Usage Instructions
Serving Size: ½ tsp – 2 tbsp per dose based on individual response and body weight.
Therapeutic Dose: 1-2 tbsp, which can be applied in divided doses throughout the day.
Suggested Use: Apply to clean skin only. Always wash hands before and after use. Apply to areas of pain as well as neck, shoulders, chest and forearms for immediate relief. Use daily for 3-6 months to reduce baseline pain.
